  3. Select the payout option, i.e., Cash Pick-up or Bank Deposit.
  4. Select the payout location.
  5. Enter the amount.
  6. Create or choose the Beneficiary.
  7. Confirm Bank details (For bank deposit only).
  8. Select the payment method.
  9. Confirm the Payment.

    For payment collection, the receiver needs to provide the following details:

    • Transaction number (also known as payment number, PIN or pin code)
    • Beneficiary’s valid National ID Card of the destination country

    • Go to "More" Option.
    • Navigate to the settings.
    • Look for the "App Notification" and tap on the "Transaction Updates"
    • You can control different types of notifications from here according to your choice.

    If you want to change your mobile number, follow the below steps:

    If you are using Mobile App

    1. Login to the ACE APP.
    2. Go to "More" Option.
    3. Look for the “Phone Number” option and tap on it.
    4. Enter your New Number and click on request.
    5. You will receive a verification code on your registered email.
    6. Enter the verification code and click “Verify Code”.
    7. You will receive a verification code for your new number.
    8. Enter the code to update your new number.

    If you are using Website

    1. Login to your account.
    2. Go to "My Account" and click the "Mobile Number" option.
    3. Click "Change Mobile Number" and click Next.
    4. Verification An OTP code will be sent to your email.
    5. Enter the OTP code and click "Verify Email Code".
    6. Enter your new number and click on "Verify Mobile Number".
    7. You will receive a verification code for your new number.
    8. Enter the code to update your new number.

    If you want to turn off your notifications, follow the below steps:

    • Login to the ACE APP
    • Navigate to the “Settings
    • Look for the "App Notification" and tap on it

    You can control different types of notifications from here according to your choice.

    To utilize your previous transaction, follow the below steps:

    • Navigate to the Transaction history
    • Tap on a specific transaction that you want to reuse
    • Look for the “Reuse option” and tap on it
    • Enter your Amount
    • Swipe to pay and complete your transaction
